Since we use the Google Shopping Cart for your shopping safety, you may use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards.

Due to issues of security on the Internet, many customers are still are not comfortable entering their credit card information online. If you are one of those customers, we understand and sympathize completely.
In recent years, new technology has led to many new advances in the area of security. When used properly, these new tools allow web site owners to feel confident when accepting credit cards. We utilize the Google Shopping Cart because it is fully encrypted and their method of collecting credit card orders is extremely safe.
As a result, we do not receive any credit card information that you submit. We only are notified that an order has been placed and paid for. You can feel safe when you do business with us.
Shipping
We ship all Vitabase brand products the same day or the next business day. No waiting 4–6 weeks for an order! Our domestic shipping cost is only $4.95 for orders up to $75.00, and all orders over $75.00 ship free.
Occasionally, items may go on backorder. When this happens, we will notify the customer by email. Any items in the order that are not on backorder are shipped immediately. The backorder item(s) will be shipped as soon as they are available at no additional shipping costs.
Canceling of Orders by New Tech Wellness
New Tech Wellness reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. In a case such as this, any payments received by Newtechwellness.com from the customer will be promptly refunded or returned to the customer. The customer will be notified of the cancellation.
Returns
Every product shipped by Vitabase has a 60-day money back guarantee.
Directions and Conditions for refund
- The customer must email New Tech Wellness and request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any merchandise.
- The customer must contact New Tech Wellness and ship the merchandise within 60 days from the date that the product was ordered.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product as long as they are unopened.
Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of New Tech Wellness on a case by case basis.
Do not return products to New Tech Wellness after 60 days have passed without calling us first! Packages received without an RMA number after 60 days have passed will not be refunded. These packages will be discarded and cannot be returned to the customer!
Cancelled Orders
Orders that are cancelled by the customer before they are shipped are refunded promptly, usually the same business day. If the customer cancels the order after the product is shipped, the package must be returned to us before a refund is given.
